Low-temperature Thermal Circulating Water Purification System

Advanced solution for efficient oil removal from heating medium water in oil processing enterprises

Product Overview

Low-temperature Thermal Circulating Water Treatment

Advanced oil removal technology for heating medium water

Due to the leakage of heat exchangers in refining units, low-temperature heat cycle water (heating medium water) of oil processing enterprises always contains a certain amount of oil matter. Oil that disperses in the water will mix with other suspended matter and is more likely to deposit on the walls of heat exchangers, forming grease dirt that is difficult to clean.

This grease deposition seriously influences the heat exchange efficiency of heat exchangers in refining units and greatly reduces energy utilization efficiency. In severe conditions, it can even cause line clogging. Grease dirt depositing in the low-temperature heat cycle system also brings unexpected difficulty and danger to overhauling of system equipment and pipelines (electrogas welding can cause fire or even explosion).

Key Advantages

  • Effectively removes oil from heating medium water
  • Prevents grease deposition in heat exchangers
  • Maintains optimal heat exchange efficiency
  • Reduces maintenance risks and costs
  • Minimizes water consumption and wastewater generation
  • Long service life of interception material (>18 months)

Problem & Solution

Traditional Challenges

Traditional filter types (such as sand filters, fiber filters, etc.) are difficult to adapt to the purification of oily sewage. Sometimes they lose efficacy because filtering media is polluted by grease dirt.

  • Grease deposition reduces heat exchange efficiency
  • Line clogging in severe conditions
  • Safety risks during maintenance (fire/explosion)
  • High water consumption for replacement
  • Generation of large amounts of oily sewage
  • Traditional filters fail due to grease pollution

Bidun Solution

Our HY-200DR-X-II type oil-removal purification system effectively addresses these challenges with advanced interception technology.

  • Maintains heat exchange efficiency
  • Prevents line clogging
  • Reduces maintenance risks
  • Low water self-consumption rate (1%)
  • Minimal wastewater generation
  • Resistant to grease pollution
