Leading innovation in environmental protection through
advanced membrane technology solutions
Nanjing Bidun Environmental Protection Technology CO., Ltd. was established in 2001 in the National Nanjing High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. The company encompasses subsidiaries such as Nanjing Zhongke Bidun New Membrane Technology Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Bidun Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd.
Specializing in cutting-edge exploration and application of modern special membrane technology and its supporting equipment, Bidun is a research-driven membrane technology enterprise that integrates production, sales, and service. Driven by innovation, we continuously lead industry progress.
Honored as a "Little Giant" firm, Bidun has maintained steady and rapid development since its inception by introducing high-end talents, implementing modern management models, and building efficient teams. The company has obtained International Organization for Standardization Certification (ISO), and has repeatedly received national, provincial, and municipal honors, demonstrating its outstanding corporate image and industry status.
Bidun's independently developed interceptive oil removal technology, based on innovative interceptive oil removal membranes, has revolutionized traditional oil-water separation techniques. The technology currently holds one international invention patent, along with multiple national invention patents and utility model patents.
This achievement not only won the gold medal at the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva but was also included in Clause 8.1.2 of the "Guidance Catalog for Independent Innovation of Major Technical Equipment" jointly issued by multiple Chinese ministries, highlighting its significant contributions to technological innovation.
The company's collaboration with the Waterborne Transportation Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China on the "The 12th Five-Year Plan" National Science and Technology Support Program project—"Development of an Intelligent Platform and Complete Set of Equipment for Oil Spill Response"—was evaluated by authoritative experts as achieving world-leading levels and won the First Prize of Science and Technology Award from the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China.
The interceptive oil removal technology has been highly praised by users for its high-precision and high-efficiency oil recovery, low operating costs, and minimal secondary pollution.
The Offshore platform oily wastewater treatment developed by Bidun in collaboration with the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, based on the advanced membrane contact reactor principle, is widely used in gas separation and purification, high-ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment, and improvement of high-salinity and high-COD wastewater.
It can also serve as an ultrafiltration water membrane, effectively addressing challenges in solid-liquid separation for high-turbidity applications.
This achievement won the First Prize of the Science and Technology Award from the Membrane Industry Association of China (MIAC) in 2016 and received high recommendations from the Institute of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) Oil and Gas Awards in 2017, further demonstrating Bidun's strong capabilities in technological innovation and application.
Bidun's technologies and products have been widely applied in such fields as petroleum, petrochemicals, coal chemicals, and transportation, and have become a leader in these sectors.
We have built solid partnerships with over 80 enterprises and have achieved remarkable results in large private petroleum refining and chemical enterprises, showcasing our extensive influence and market recognition in the industry.
Relying on its outstanding technical strength and rich practical experience, Nanjing Bidun Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is continuously promoting the technological progress and sustainable development of related industries.
We remain committed to innovation, quality, and environmental responsibility as we develop cutting-edge solutions for the challenges facing our planet's water resources and industrial processes.
