High-temperature Condensed Water Oil and Iron Removal Device

Advanced solution for efficient oil and iron removal from high-temperature condensed water in petroleum and petrochemical industries

Product Overview

High-temperature Condensed Water Treatment

Advanced oil and iron removal technology

When high-temperature condensed water of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises is reclaimed, boilers have strict requirements for the control of oil content in process medium (such as water). According to the national standard GB/T12145-1999, oil content in high-pressure steam boilers must be ≤0.3mg/L, and oil content in once-through high-pressure boilers must be ≤0.1mg/L.

Traditional oil-removal processes face limitations such as incoming water oil content restrictions, frequent backwashing, and poor quality of outgoing water, resulting in significant condensed water waste with receiving water rates below 70%.

Key Advantages

  • No chemicals added - environmentally friendly operation
  • No backwashing required - continuous operation
  • No limit to oil content of incoming water
  • Highest oil removal accuracy below 0.1ppm
  • Water receiving rate above 99%
  • 20-40% higher efficiency than industry standards

Technology Comparison

Traditional Methods

  • Limited by incoming water oil content
  • Requires frequent backwashing
  • Poor quality of outgoing water
  • Wastes significant condensed water
  • Water receiving rate below 70%
  • Higher operational costs

Bidun Solution

  • No limit to incoming water oil content
  • No backwashing required
  • Excellent outgoing water quality
  • Minimal water waste
  • Water receiving rate above 99%
  • Lower operational costs

Process Flow

The Bidun condensed water oil & iron removal system utilizes a sophisticated process combining magnetic-gain iron removal and interception oil removal technologies to achieve optimal results.

1

Inlet & Pre-filtration

High-temperature condensed water enters the system and undergoes initial filtration to remove large particulates.

2

Magnetic Iron Removal

Advanced magnetic technology effectively removes iron particles from the water stream.

3

Interception Oil Removal

Proprietary interception membrane technology selectively removes oil content without chemicals.

4

Polishing & Outlet

Final polishing ensures water quality meets strict standards before exiting the system.
